Access to the TRACEPART library

Hello

At the time, it was possible to access the TRACEPARTS & CADENAS component library via the AXEMBLE website.

But I haven't found my little ones since then on the LYNKOA website...

Can someone help me?

However, the Traceparts tab at the top of the Lynkoa site does redirect to libraries. What are you missing now?

I think it's when you exceed 50000 points like GT22 that you earn the right to go directly to tracepart... ^^ ;p... I'm joking of course but it's even weird not to have the same page...

Hello

From the myCADservices home page, if you click on the "Libraries" tile, you may not be able to regain access to the supplier disputes. 

 - either you click on the "LIBRARIES" tab and you will find the connection blocks

 - either you click on "HOME"  and then you click on "LIBRARIES"

 - either you clear your cache of your IE, Chrome or other

If that still doesn't work, I encourage you to contact the hotline support.

By clicking on the "BIBLIO 3D" tab and then on the "BIBLIOS" tab, you will find the accesses for the different 3D modeling sites (see attachment)

Hello again,

Which explorer are you under ? I have verified your account and I have access to the suppliers.

I tried under IE, FireFox, Chrome.

Try to do a "Ctrl+F5", have you cleared your explorer's cache?

Try rebooting as well.

It must work!

yes people under maintenance have access to menus, such as support, the 3D library, and the My Cad store

And here is where I find my tracepart or padlock access

Click on Biblio 3D (1) then on Biblios (2)

See attached image

 

For your information, when you click on Biblio 3D, you think you are on the Biblio tab (color in blue) but this is not the case, you have to click on it again.

 

EDIT for jmsavoyat: I think it would be more logical when you click on Biblios 3D to have access to the menu with the 4 Biblios (http://www.lynkoa.com/store-library) rather than directly accessing the Biblios Visiativ (http://www.lynkoa.com/store/mycadfr/biblios.html) wouldn't it be a bug?
