You have to go to www.mycadservices.com and click on "codes and contracts" then "get my codes".
Of course, you must be a subscriber and use the email address used for the subscription.

I'm having the same problem. Following the installation of myCADtools 2016 I need to activate it.
Once connected via the www.mycadservices.com site, I am redirected to this Lynkoa site, in which I cannot find the "codes and contracts" or "get my codes" section, described in the previous answers.

Being under nowtenace, do we have a mycadtools code or is it another subscription in addition?
