Hello everyone, does anyone know this problem, the display of my thumbnails no longer exists. See attachment

Does it only do you on Solidworks files or also on images in Windows?

Hello

the whole thing is to know if you are in SW or in the Windows file manager.

In both cases you have practically the same choice

  1. In vingtdoze you have at the bottom right  two tiny icons with for one the mention "display information and for the other  display as an icon. Be the simplest in the top banner you have your icons  then you have access at the top right to the size of the icons of very large and 7 other choices.
  2. In SW when you open a file you have a small icon at the top right which gives you access to the same choice as windows practically.

No, it does it on any type of JPEG file, PDF and other attached screenshot with icon choices

Where are you ! 

In solidworks open ??? or save files???, in the Windows File Manager??? or in the file explorer included in SW???

In any case, I see either the thumbnails (icons of all sizes) or images when you hover with the mouse over the file name in case you use the file explorer included in SW..

no I don't have a visual view even in recording

I forwarded the link from stefbeno to my IT department and he tells me that the problem is with Microsoft and that they are waiting for a fix!!!

2 months ago it worked very well

Hello everyone and thank you for your advice after complaining to my info service for 2 days it turns out that today everything is back to normal. Thank you all.

Steffeno's bond must have also had its effect.
