Show scroll bars

On Draftsight, Scroll Bar
I checked in "System option / Show / Screen option / show scroll bars" to have the scroll bars on the screen, the horizontal scroll bar is well displayed, on the other hand the vertical bar is not displayed, what to do?
Also, how do I access the setting of these bars and change the awareness?

Has anyone ever had the problem?

For my part, I use "Draftsight " very little since it became paid.

Hello AR, and thank you for your answer, I did this well but the horizontal scroll bar is displayed
apparently it's a Draftsight bug

If it's a proven bug, you still have the " right>click"  solution to pan.
And/or the other methods described herein: https://help.solidworks.com/2023/french/DraftSight/html/chapter_panning.htm

Or see if an update brings a fix. No, I'm kidding, I wouldn't count on that...
