Hello
Apparently a file reserved for owners of the 2023 version. Attach a x_t file preferably.

Hello Lenny
Try "iges" then. The part must be solid for export x_t. If it is surfaces and/or wireframe then iges exchange format.

But given the size of the file there is not much in it

A simple screenshot can sometimes be enough and is available to everyone.

Yes take a snap during the smoothing operation

Smoothing should work without problems. But you have to choose volume. If you want to stay on the surface, put the top line of each section in dotted lines (construction)

just have to be volumetric ???

No need to use longitudinal sections

Hello

To begin with, we never work on a whole hull, but on a half hull for boats.
Here is a link from modelers who can help you (even if it's fusion 360 the principle is the same)

Your shape of the couples seems too rectangular for my taste^^
If it's just the surface that is between the 2 blue lines of my vdd you will have to go through the other lines under construction, otherwise it will try to use your rectangles, which necessarily poses a problem of understanding for the software.
Also to know that boat hulls and SW, in general it ends badly^^
