In a routing, I'd like to add two tubes of different diameters. I am not sure that this is possible, and if it is, I would like to know how to proceed.

Thank you indeed this method seems to match, the only point that bothers me is that there is a flange which I guess allows you to have a pipe of different diameter.

For the two small pipes that are located at the bottom right of your image and that will do a stitching, if you don't want to insert an accessory to define their size, you have to right-click on the sketch segment of these pipes, property of the routing segment, and choose the size you want.
