I have a question how to set the value "deviation of the center of the holes"? because by default there is 1mm. Is it necessary to increase or decrease this value for more precision?

I assume you're referring to drilling alignment analysis.
Have you thought about clicking on the ? at the top right of the function?
After that, we don't analyze 2 holes of 3mm in the same way as 2 of 50mm, so I would say according to your needs of mini max playing.

I did a small test on my side never using this module:
So after calculating, it lists all the holes below the value entered.
increase this value excessively to have all the holes with a set and then reduce this value (the ones that are perfectly aligned will never be there)
In my case I put 10mm, it lists me deviations of 0.25 and 5mm
If I change my 10mm by 4mm the 5 deviations of 5 will not be in the list.
I don't really understand the point of such a tool, a mini and maxi, would be more judicious.

Yes that's why I was asking this question, because for me you have to put a very high value (while remaining reasonable) to be sure not to skip some piercings which for example would be beyond 1mm!
