Did you create connections between the different pieces? This kind of message normally happens when all degrees of freedom are not blocked. As you have a recess on the 2 square tubes, I guess the problem comes from the IPN at the top.

thank you for your answer indeed I modified the structure I did not do any assembly and the analysis worked however I don't know how to apply my load which is 1000kg

If I understand the problem correctly, you have to make a distributed force (to be converted into Newtons) rather than a surface force (in N/m²)
