BOM Miniature Appearances

Hello, first of all I thank you for your attention.

I have a small visual problem with nomenclature thumbnails exported in Excel format, I did a multitude of tests (linking appearance states to display states, consolidating appearances, and many others...) but nothing or done, I have the impression that there is a parameter that is defined randomly.

Here's the problem, I always have at least one element that doesn't display with the appearance I gave it, it stays in white or is displayed as if it had been selected during the capture (highlighted in blue).

What I was able to deduce from my tests and which necessarily seems logical, is that you have to try to manage the appearances and different states from the assembly level corresponding to the need to display the miniatures (1st level component).

Simply by creating an additional display state at the right level and without changing anything else it solved the problem in a temporary way, but when necessary to update this nomenclature the problem reappeared and the cartridge recreate a poster state no longer works...

Has anyone already solved this problem or does he have a possible solution?

Thank you in advance, have a good day

Alex
