Apply a Design Library in an Assembly

Hello, I would like to know how to apply a Design Library in an Assembly, let me explain:

I saved a cut in Fichiez. SLDLFP and I would like to apply it to an entire assembly instead of making the cuts on each of the Parts. If I try to drag it, a message pops up telling me "A Library function can only be inserted in a room". Thank you for your help in advance

I want to specify that I am on SolidWorks 2014 but that I will soon switch to the 2018 SP05

Hello

I confirm that it is not possible to insert a design library into an assembly. Why not manage in your part file.

An image of what  you want to design could help you better understand your problem.

You can, if it's just a removal of material, do it in an assembly using a block.

Just draw your sketch and save it as a block. This block can also be inserted into the design library.

And constrained in the same way as a normal sketch (the block moves in the same block)
