Drilling and toolbox support

Hi all.
I ask myself this question: can we modify or create a " drilling assistance" table without going through the TOOLBOX?
Thank you for your answers.

Hello;

Sorry but it's not possible without going through Toolbox.In any case for the " stand Alone " versions (locally) I don't know if it has evolved with the online versions.

Kind regards.

Hello;

What is the objective?

I'm still giving the info in case it could give a lead...
For my part, the problem of angles at the end of drilling and the default depths arose that it is impossible to modify in the tables of the drilling assistance, forcing manufacturers to systematically modify the parameters according to a table.
The workaround found is the creation and sharing of piercing favorites.

Hello

I created/modified the drill tables in the toolbox.
From memory, you need a version higher than the basic version (so you have access to the toolbox to do it). as we have a premium SW I was able to do it with this one.

If you're adventurous and you're not too scared (keep a backup of the base file), you can try modifying the SWBrowser.sldedb file (or .mbd for older versions).
The ISO_DATA_THRD table gives ISO tapped sizes for example.
Note: I was able to open the .sldedb file with " DB Browser for SQlite " but I couldn't modify or save it.

Unfortunately, the file does not seem to be openable via Access (even if the .sldedb is renamed to .mbd .accdb). It doesn't look any better via SQL studio.
A priori it's editable with this software: see 3DSwym

NB: be careful because the tables are linked: you have to modify at least 2 of them for it to work well (the blind threaded holes refer to the list of taps...)
