I went through the forums noticing that there were a lot of errors in updates between versions, but I don't have an error dialog, just a feature that doesn't launch. I don't know if it's possible to restart the installation only of this part. I noticed that the utility UpdateBrowserDatabase.exe not launch either...
I would like to specify that I do not have a Toolbox license, that I am working under Solidworks design 2026 by the 3DExperience. I also noticed that I didn't have anything showing up when I launched the setup for the Drill Wizard.
I think you should try to repair the Solidworks installation (after saving your *.sldreg settings).and ask for a reinstallation of the Toolbox, paying attention to the selected location.

@Le_Bidule I had understood that the + license allowed you to use smart fasterners, but that the drilling wizard was available with the standard version (especially to make milled holes, which interests me in my case). On the other hand, the 3DExperience version without Toolbox, I can confirm that it is possible. It wasn't a problem for the person who sold me the license.
With Standard @Le_Bidule license, even without the 3Dexperience it's the same thing on SW, std license, access to the toolbox for drilling assistance, but not to screws, bearings...
