Has anyone ever had this PB while installing Solid 2025?

This is not what Solidworks considers a problem, Solidworks offers an update).
Be careful if you have created drill sizes or custom properties in Toolbox + Drill Wizard (because that's more what it's about).
If you have any doubts, make a copy of the current directory:
C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS\Toolbox
to a new location, this will put you back if the update doesn't suit you.
A little advice by the way: Don't keep the location offered by Solidworks but prefer a network location that is easier to manage.
(Tip that is valid for 90% of the items included in "System Options File Location")
