Beug Display

Small problems (and not the least) since I switched to solidworks 2019. When creating a view or even changing the view scale in MEP, my screen turns gray and I can't do anything. If I close without saving and reopen it goes back to normal. If I have the misfortune to save, closing and opening again the screen is always gray.

For your information, my graphics card is up to date and the performance of my machine are OK.

Gloupss!

Weird!

- Does it do it to you on all levels or only some?

- Is it on new or old plans (or both)

On both of them and it doesn't happen all the time but we only moved to 2019 on Monday of this week so I don't have enough hindsight. By the way, on the post of my college it does the same with the same plans.

Hi Ronathan

I have the 2019 SPO2 version, if you want me to look at it, send me a link in MP (or on the forum if it's not secret)

If by chance I had the same PB as you then it's the hot line that should set the PB.

Try to download the latest version because I had a bug that disappeared with the latest version.

Kind regards

I'm on SP01 but solidworks doesn't offer me SP02

it reinforces a little more my choice to work only in SP5!

Hi Ronathan

I confirm that if you have a maintenance contract you can download the SP1-0, but I realize I coated you with a big layer of error by talking about SP02 which is not available. (Not banging your head !!)

It's this little sentence that I have mail interpreted  which is a given example for reinstalling it during an upgrade   Sorry

Specify this property only when updating to a Service Pack release within an existing major release (for example, updating an existing SOLIDWORKS 2019 SP01 installation to SOLIDWORKS 2019 SP02).

On the other hand, on the other hand, you probably know this: SOLIDWORKS 2018 SP5 is the latest version able to support the Windows® 8.1 64-bit operating system.

What version of Windows are you in?

I'm on Windows 10
