Hello

I'm currently using the 2016 version of SolidWorks.

I wanted to retrieve an assembly, using the "search for references" function and then "copy files".
The problem is that SolidWorks opens a window telling me that the document manager library is invalid.

Then SolidWorks closes.

Does anyone have an idea?

Does the error window open before or after clicking "Copy Files"?

Are the files in an Epdm vault?

Hello, the window appears when I click on the copy files button.

and I don't use PDM.

The "Copy Files" button action launches the "Pack and Go" window on SW2017, maybe it's still "Composition to go" on SW2016... Maybe try to make a "Composition to go" or "Pack and Go" without going through the "search for references" function.

When I start the take-away composition, the error window immediately appears with the same error.

So it's a problem related to the composition to go, a repair of Solidworks may be necessary, be careful with the options to check, it seems to me that you have to specify somewhere the installation of this function!!
