I have a problem on Solidworks, when I add blocks or annotations, these elements "get caught" in the drawing views. And so when I move the view, these annotations move with it.
My question: How do I break the link between sight and these annotations?
Before placing the block or annotation double click on the sheet so that no view is active (no highlighted view frame), the notes will then be linked to the sheet and not to a view.
(1) The end of a tie line connected to the note, block, or other annotation. Cf. point of attachment. (2) Basemaps contain anchor points for bills of materials, drilling tables, revision tables, and weld lists.
Attachment point
The end of a tie line that is connected to the model (for example, by an edge, vertex, or face) or to a drawing sheet. See anchor point.
For the notes that you want to "unhook" from a view, you have to go to them and press Ctrl+C (copy what...) then click on the sheet (out of a view) and Ctrl+V.
There, the "new" note is "detached" from the original view.
The Ctrl + swipe doesn't work on action (at least on 2013), you absolutely have to go through Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V
