Is your attached image a Volume Piece?
if this is the case
I think that a sketch via a perpendicular plane offset from your piece
should allow you to make an extrusion to the surface

Well yes! but what you advised him works properly so the PB is solved for him. It is no longer urgent then!
Obviously unless we are dealing with a "malpolitus" but that would be surprising!

And here it is, so anyway to answer GT 22 sorry no it's not a volume part, but I didn't understand the fact of making an offset perpendicular plane and thus having a mold or a negative of my part?

Already for 'information' the urgent or very urgent type formulas are generally useless on the forums. People are present regularly and if they have the answer they will give it to you and in general they don't wait several days or hours for pleasure to answer. And it avoids you being lined up like this.
After you lose your mailbox, it's interesting but nowadays you have different ways to connect and if the project is really 'urgent' I think you can do some research or come back to the different forums to see if people have responded, even outside of working hours. It's also a question of respect for your interlocutor.
In his message he made it clear to create a perpendicular plane which allows to make an extrusion to the surface, which creates a 'negative' of the part.
