SW2016 bug on Win10 after view move

Hi all

A post about a recurring bug on Sw 2016 SP1.0 under Windows 10 very drunk....

I would like to know for those working on the same configuration, if you have the same SW crash problem:

In drawing, by changing the general scale (via right-click>property) and then by wanting to shift my view on the plane (left click held and mouse move), SW freezes then crashes with the famous message "SW must close... "

In short, it's an error that happens to me several times a day and as soon as it appears once (it's not all the time fortunately!) I can restart SW and do the exact same thing again and it's a guaranteed crash. I have a simple trick at the moment which is to save the document after the change of scale, and then move my views...... Quite a surprising bug though, isn't it???!!!

And you?

Hello

Not surprising. Unfortunately, the first version of a software (whatever it is) is often buggy, which is one of the reasons why it is better to wait a little while for the bugs to be fixed before using it in production. Generally, it is the first users (like you) who are used to debug these "unstable" versions.

This problem must be reported to SW so that it can take it into account in future updates.

After that, it's really a matter of knowing if it's related to SW/Windows or internal to the pc/configuration/driver etc. Maybe other people have the same problem. I will report the information to the integrator and via the SW diagnostic dialog. :p

Hello

FYI in the bottom bar in the drawings, you now have direct access to the general scale change, no need to right-click/properties.

I know this doesn't correct the problem but it's just a sharing of tips.

By the way, if we created a tips and tricks section on Lynkoa, not a group but a page dedicated to this like tutorials but more in "blog" mode...

Same configuration as you (windows 10 and sw2016 sp1)

Never had the case but I go through the novelties: at the bottom right to modify the scale of the sheet...

I hadn't even seen! Is that new?! Great tip!

For my problem, a colleague has just had the same problem, so I conclude that it does not come from my station:p but certainly a SW bug.

I'm going to use this new trick and see if I have the same thing.
