Bubble on part

Hello everyone,

I still have a question...!

I draw a nomenclature from an assembly. Next to this assembly I have detailed views of the parts that make up this assembly.

When I shoot arrows (bubbles) on the assembly, no worries I have the number corresponding to the part in the nomenclature. On the other hand, on my detailed views I can't get the numbers, the bubble remains in "1".

Thank you and have a good day;)

Before inserting your speech bubble on your detail, do you change the scale of your detail or do you leave it as default?

I know that when I insert automatic bubbles on a view whose scale I have modified beforehand, the bubbles do not follow.

In order, you must:

- insert the view into its default scale

- insert the nomenclature

- insert the bubbles

- To bring the view to the desired scale.

@ Bart, isn't there also the property of bubbles where we only name one piece in the view? And if the detail view is part of the "bubble" view, maybe it is blocking.

In the properties of the view (right click / property) the view must be linked to your nomenclature

It's at the bottom left of the window.

You have a checkmark for linking and a drop-down menu to choose the nomenclature.

This is done for each view of the drawing.

Are they really views of details of the assembly, i.e. a magnifying glass?

Isn't this a new view of a subset or a part?

Great thank you!

In general, views link automatically if a BOM is already present (but not always).

If the view was created before the BOM, the connections must usually be made by hand.

I've gotten into the habit of checking this option for each view at the beginning of my bubble.

It's nice.

On the other hand I tried to select several views and activate the option, as I use named views (configs) it changes the config of all the views so to be avoided.

To go quickly: Right click + P in the best case.

Yes, it applies the same properties to all selected elements.
