Developed calculation of a rolled and bent part

Hello

You will find attached a sheet metal part on which we carry out manual bending and rolling operations. I say manual because the part is fixed on one side on the 20 mm fold and then it is fixed on the opposite side by deforming the sheet manually. (see attached diagram)

How do you build the part to get the right development of that part? I made a transition fold but the result gives me a development much higher than the perimeter of the piece. Do you have a solution?

Hello

I am under 2016 and cannot open your part but in any case you will have to put your folding parameters in your folds and in the "bent fold" put a K factor of 0.5 for the neutral fiber of the bending like the part I am attaching for example. When you click on "Bent1 Base Sheet" you have access to the bends and there you look for the one who does the bending; for my part it's the "Basic Fold5"  and you right-click to edit the function and in custom folding area you set the said K-factor to 0.5..
