Can someone tell me what the Is Standard in ToolBox stands for?

Hello

It is the flag of India so it must be a standard that applies to them only.

At least that's what I think...

In india following the different colony, there is imperial of the metric. But I think (having worked there) that they must have arranged it in their own way...
