I wanted to know if it was possible to put a room in a different color depending on what you enter into the smart properties.
Let me explain, let's say that in the smart properties, I have a drop-down list with the different paint colors of my company. By choosing either of these colors, I would like it to automatically paint my piece in the requested color.

Possible I think if you go through an assembly otherwise your part will change color each time in all the places where it is used unless you go through display states but not at all stable for my taste

Why not manage this via the configurations with an Excel file...
Not possible as far as I know but maybe you can do it the other way around, there is the colorchart utility that allows you to either choose a RAL color, or pantaone color chart of your choice or even create a list with your colors of your choice then I think that with the help of the community or even the hotline by creating a ticket you should be able to Retrieve the property in SmartProperties and then in your drawing.
If with a macro you are able to change the color of your room it is doable.
With property types

It's doable.
