I have to design a shelf with columns and a ball/cash corner (document attached). How do I do this on Solid Works?

There is a missing shelf element in sheet metal, folded, solid, wood...
Shelf in stainless steel sheet with a ... 1.5 mm.
With 45 mm excl. VAT plies
Except by embossing (not properly developable under SW), there is no other solution than to make a corner as for the ball corner.
The corner attachment can be made using the transition fold function in the sheet metal module.
In addition, the fold just before the ball corner will also have to be added (here in red):

I understand the project better now. I confirm the proposal of sbadenis. On the other hand, you also have to add a folded/welded corner in the closed corner of the shelf.
