I would like to draw an axis line between the two arcs of a slotted hole to be able to dimension the center of the oblong
Is it possible?
I tried with "Construction Line" and "Centering Axis" from the "Annotation" toolbar, without success!

You use the right method:
You add your axis of centering in "annotations" then you can put a dimension between the edge of the part and your axis

On SW 2016, you can use the "centering axis" function (the one for normal holes)
You can choose to put the axle in the middle of the groove or put axles on the arondis.
