How do you create a curve on a bent sheet metal corner?

Hello,  I want to make a "shell" type sheet with rounded corners, and I can't get the unfolded one closest to reality. Here are some explanatory photos in PJ. Even if it's not feasible in solidworks, I'd like to get as close as possible to the unfolded that would be needed to "boiler" the rounded parts afterwards. Thank you for your help!

I tried by making a shell, converting it into sheet metal, and adding legs on the unfolded, but when I fold the whole thing, then the unfolded is defective.

However, if I go back in my tree above "fold" I can see my unfolded well.

It is the unfolded part that is at fault and I have a message in the "what is wrong?": "this part contains functions that cannot be unfolded".

It is no longer a question of bending, but of stamping, this type of angle is not possible with a simple bending machine. Hence the error.

Edit: The problem is the large radius in the corners. Bending = linear

Hello

try by drilling a hole in the right of your cuts

Personally, I use the surface

with the flattening tool

depending on the thickness a surface offset

@sbadenis, indeed, but I would like to get as close as possible to the "theoretical" unfolded, although the 4 angles will be formed by hand and not by folding, then welding and grinding. I wanted to avoid making a folded cassette with the addition of 4 "quarter spheres" for the welded corners. I wanted to be able to pull the material from the corners from my unfolded, hence my question.

Hello

Could you share your file so that we can best help you.

Here is in PJ the theoretical part that I want to obtain after forming the corners and welding, grinding.

Hello

I just did a test for your part which "weirdly" worked...

Here are the steps:

. Creating a flat sheet metal

. Holidays in the 4 corners

. Folds of the 4 longest edges (in a single function)

. Fold from each fillet edge to a vertex (4 separate functions for each fillet)

Attached is the screenshot
