How to Create a Dynamic 3D Block

Hi all.

I'm looking to create a dynamic block of a solid, so 3D. This is a profile that I would like to make dynamic to put any length.

So far I have extruded a surface to obtain my profile, but then when I create my dynamic block via the "stretch" action, I only get the displacement of my profile because it considers the whole of a block if I may say so, and not one side remaining in place and the other being moved with the lines of the length lengthening.

I've also seen tutorials using a "CONVTOMESH" or "MESHSMOOTH" function to create the dynamic 3D block, but I don't have these functions on my autocad or do they have another name?

Do you have a solution or an idea to do this?

Hello, I'm coming back because I still haven't found a solution.

Currently I have a block in which I have my IPN with an extrusion length that I can change in the block.

But I don't know how to make this extrusion function become a parameter of my dynamic block .

Maybe I'm not doing it the right way? do you have a solution,
