When I make my quotation, it sometimes happens that a dimension moves without me having ordered it. How do I remove this automatic function on Solidwork?

This box is permanently unchecked in my case. I have attached an image in which:
Situation 1: I remove the 2 dimensions in purple, the 3.705 dimension will position itself near the part (which doesn't really cause a problem, but it moves on its own all the same)
Situation 2: If I add the abbreviation TYP. At the 1/2'' dimension, the 3.705 and 1/2'' dimensions will both move towards the part and conflict. (at this point I have to put them back in place... a little annoying day after day!)

In this case you have to go to the SOlidWorks options and uncheck the box in the attached image!
