I see in your photo that in your parts list you ask for the name of the file. It would be better to ask for the part number.

 

To do this, you have to go to "Manage" then "Style Editor" and from there, you can configure the table style (columns, properties, etc...) in "parts list".

 

Alternatively, you can also: right-click on your table, then "Edit parts list".
