Hello
(See attachment)
I want to make this part without removing material. With the angle of 60° and 90° and have a correct corner when unfolding to pass it to our punching machines.
Thank you.

Hello
You can scan a profile at the desired angle with the sheet metal module. Anyway, you're bound to have a little day between the curved parts because of the rays.
your room is not flat
On the visual it looks like the hole is lowered with a slope coming from the 4 corners
so either it's a part to be stamped
or create in folds with a weld starting from an angle to your sewer

Hi gt22, I had also thought about the stamping but the 60° angel would be a problem.
no @ leblanc
it is the largest sheet metal which is made of diamond dots whose center of this point is the hole (sewer)
so either deformation or a welded pan and x folds
the rest of the folds can be done via folds

for cutting corners and avoiding tearing
The best thing to do is to create a hole at the intersection of the corners

To add a diamond tip to a sheet metal part:
Parent topic: Diamond Spikes
When you create a part with a diamond tip, the unfolded view shows the bend direction, bend radius, and bend angle.
To view diamond point settings in a drawing:
The bend direction, bend radius, and bend angle are shown.

Thank you for the explanations of the diamond point. (I don't think I'm doing that diamond point)
But I still don't know how to do the dvp with the corners "cleanly", and the cutting principle doesn't work even when creating an Ø.
The sweep will not work in folding. Because I have to punch and fold it with our machine park.
1 - Model the part by doing with material removals;
2 - Recover the shape of the flattening:
3 - Create a piece with a flat shape as a starting point whose outline is the previous flattening;
4 - Make folds according to sketch.
Attached is an example (SW15) made by starting directly in step 3.
On the other hand, I don't have the diamond point in my import.
Thank you for your quick and concise answers.
I took a little bit of everything to make my piece as simple as possible, except the sweeping.
