In the document properties, you can view and adjust the 2D grid, but without displaying the coordinates.

normally the macro should be provided to you by the vehicle manufacturer
I had recovered a lot of them at the time, to adapt I don't know if it works with the current version of catia, I've only been working with SW for 5 years

renames the file Grid.CATScript (lynkoa does not support all extensions)

Ask your employer, if you are a subcontractor, there are about ten macros they already have, such as:
- copy paste the info of the points from the pdf into a txt file where a macro will retrieve and create the 'balls' contact points

I'm all alone with a small equipment manufacturer. We work for Stellantis, RNMA.
I might as well tell you that no one can help me in my company

Stellantis is among others PSA, you should see if they can give you their macros, it's not the easiest
If you go to the site that's where you can get them in general
