How do I indicate the surfaces of the parts or bodies automatically on the drawing?

How to automatically insert the surface (or total area) of a part body in a drawing on solid works 2016?

Indeed I work a lot by drawing several bodies in 1 room, but I would need the surfaces of each of these bodies and not the surface of the whole room.

And how do I indicate this surface area in m² on my plans while I work in mm on the rest of the software. (can we make a calculation rule?)
