How to optimize the Inventor 2D drawings block?

Hello everyone !

I am currently working in the Methods and Industrialization department of a company and we are using Inventor 2016, for the sake of optimization, I would like to automate the cartridge data  .

I managed to automate the Author, Mass, Date data. etc with the "model-properties" and "drawing-properties", and I would like to be able to do the same so that the scale of the plane is placed automatically. 

Do you have an idea on how to do it?

In addition, I usually have to name my parts with its  number and name (e.g. 10-000 - Tube Ø80mm). In my cartridge I would like to be able to use the first 6 values (10-000) as "Part Number"  and the rest as "Description". So far I have been manually editing the data in the 3D Part Properties but it is quite tedious.  

It seems to me that on Catia this type of manipulation is feasible but I have no idea if it's possible on Inventor.

Unfortunately I can't get the Ilogic code to work, I don't get an error message but the scale value doesn't appear even though I followed the process and copied the name of the required entry into the code ...

Has anyone ever used and/or modified  it?
