How do you go from a model to a commercial project?

Hello!
I'm posting a question here as a novice...
I made a rather ingenious rodent park in several months and having now finished it, I would like to "offer" it for possible commercial purposes. However, I can't seem to find the steps to follow to do so. Should we make a digital plan? Who to contact? What to go through?
So I come here (after advice) to benefit from your advice!
Thank you in advance for the consideration you will give to my message,
Elsa D.

 - First of all, you will have to "set up" your business (a self-preneur status may be sufficient) - > get in touch with the local CCI (Chamber of Commerce and Industry). The CCi will be able to advise you on both the legal and financial aspects of the adventure.

Is your mock-up physical or digital? Have you made the manufacturing plans?

Then, do you think you will make it yourself or have it made? In which case, you have to find the companies and get quotes.

Once the manufacturing price is known, you will be able to define the selling price, you will have to do the merchandising (packaging, advertising, etc.).

Advice, don't broadcast 3D on the internet, nor on a forum, nor on a file hosting site, so as not to be copied (or chinese) the idea...
