Don't you have a window in the background? What is the size of your assembly in terms of parts? Do you have the right to write in the export file?

I managed to do a step a few weeks ago of course my assembly has evolved since then
but I don't understand why to this day the Step is impossible.
Try to do your step by putting the sub-assemblies in a state of suppression to see which one he doesn't digest

FYI, some files received by suppliers have face errors
so diagnostic for repair of the faces and conversion to parasolid successful but not to Step
It just goes to show that you have to take the time to repair defective faces before having problems lasting several hours.
