How do you make a congeal between a cylinder and a flat part?

Hello

I have a problem to make the gTL between my cylinder part and a flat face. It is not done between the 2 sides. See attached SLPPRT exhibit. Please tell me how I can make it jointed between the 2 surfaces? Next, How can we finish the end of the cylinder by connecting it to the flat surface? This is a stamped part.

Not including the screw, your part has 2 volume bodies.

In order to be able to take leave, these bodies would have to be merged.

Why not use the stamping features that SolidWorks offers?

By using these functions, there will be no problem for the chamfer and connecting the end of the cylinder to the flat face!
