Thank you .PL but I have already consulted these aids. The problem is that they say everywhere that ambient light cannot be removed or added. However, in my case, the ambient light has disappeared in the feature manager. I tried to change the scene but it adds the preset lights in the scenes but no ambient light...
It's really for fun because you have to do it from time to time... But did you think to check the bulb if it's not HS. ;-) (4:30 p.m. for my supervisor)
Change the bulb it must be dead, pay attention to the type of base........ ;)..;) .....;)..;)
Explain a little bit about your problem
You put a scene and that's when you lost
your ambient light yes or no
Is your stage well located in your space?
One question; What stage do you have in your assembly??? Do you have the same in those that work and those where it doesn't??? (4:45 p.m. for my supervisor)
In fact, we use an assembly model with the bright square stage and a single directional light parameterized according to our needs + the ambient light that is usually always present.
On a few assembly files created relatively recently (during the month) and all in the same way, the ambient light has disappeared... it no longer appears in the Lights folder of the Display manager as seen in the image capture of my previous post .
So when I put a shaded ISO view in a m.e.p. the room appears all white...
And I see in all the instructions that it is not possible to remove an ambient light or to add one...
The only solution I found is to redo my assemblies...
Before redoing all the assemblies; Try creating an assembly with one of your defective assemblies to see if it has ambient light in it??? (5:30 p.m. for my supervisor)
Do you also have the solidworks 2014 Sp5???
Is this the last SP available?
SP3 for 2016 and SP5 for 2015 and earlier?
Hello
Are you sure that it is not disabled or has a value of 0?
If not, there's the good old graphics driver for the customer portal to reinstall...

if you click on stage (luminous squares)
what do you find underneath
to gt22
When I click on the Luminous Square stage I have a arrière_plan (RooftopSunrise) and an environment (hdr_studio)...
and we are in SW2014 SP4
So you absolutely have to switch to SP5.... (12:20 p.m. for my supervisor)
Quite a bit of humor @ ac cobra !!
It's relaxing.
Thank you Alain, it relaxes a little and in addition it was really easy... ;-)
Hello
the switch to SP5 fixed the bug???
Installation of SP5.0 made today only.
I can't tell you if this solves the problem because my colleague has redone the faulty assemblies in the meantime...
I'll post here again if I encounter the problem again...
Thank you again for your contributions.
