How do I make basemaps dynamic after editing?

I have a problem, I created a background map containing our company logo. But I have a problem, I tried to modify this basemap, but it doesn't modify it on the existing drawings.
How do I make my change dynamic?
This problem impacts my work, on the export of DXF to our suppliers, because they are too heavy.

Hello

It doesn't seem to me that it's possible to modify the basemaps dynamically as you want to do (to be confirmed with other Lynkoa members), you'll have to go back to each plan and modify it in the properties of the sheet to replace it with the new basemap. If you have a lot of shots to work on, you can also create a macro to automate all of them.

Kind regards

Hello

Indeed, to reload your new modified basemap on all or part of the existing drawings, you can only do so by reloading it shot by plane. You therefore need a macro function to automate these tedious manipulations.

A tool from the myCADtools suite allows you to do this in bulk on your database. It's called the "Integration" tool and it's not just that!

You can test all 50 tools for free if you want to get an idea. https://www.lynkoa.com/actualites/testez-gratuitement-mycadtools-50-utilitaires-solidworks-pour-automatiser-vos-t%C3%A2ches-r%C3%A9-0

You also have an overview video of each tool on https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQj3fKZl64tMAz3WmspOCLPK4JPQ-Ldpv

I am attaching the presentation file for your information. There must be a few tools that can be useful to you and save you precious time.  Take the time to go through it!

Kind regards
