I need to make a dimension of a 3D scanned part (as a solid feature) but it doesn't fit well on the projection axis so when I switch to "drafting" I get a projection from bad angles, how can I adjust its position?

There are several paths and it depends mainly on the result of your 3D scan of what you want in terms of positioning:
The simplest way to move the compass is to position it on the original coordinate system, select the body to be moved and then right-click on the compass / Edit the window that opens opens all the possibilities of moving, positioning.
More precise constraints (requires you to create geometry on the result of the triangulated model (3D scan)).
