Your Guizmo looks like the trihedron to move a component.
And this guy is no longer very young...
It's right-click → move with the trihedron.

I have the 2022 in test, this trihedron does not appear except from memory for the exploded or in case of moving via the "move with the trihedron" function as mentioned by @opiep27

Simply by clicking on a component without having any commands enabled?
In an ASM when I just select a part. (to open it, change the color, know its reference)

I use instant 3D all the time so deleting it doesn't suit me
