I would like to make a simulation of the attached assembly.
I didn't make it with the welded construction module, I first drew each tube and then assembled them.
And to carry out this simulation, I would like a connection (purple ball) at all tube intersections.

You used the beam mode for your simulation. This mode is not suitable when there are holes or material removals on the edges, etc. This explains why you have a green dot that is walking around in the middle of your profile.
Switch to Case Mode and you'll be fine. (Click on each component==>Right-click==> process as a volume.
