We have to work with a service provider who does not have SolidWorks for 3D but Autocad, is there a way to share the files? Or is the incompatibility total?

From SW to Autocad no problem either for 3D (STEP/IGES) or for 2D, drawings, dxf or dwg. On the other hand, in the other direction it is more restricted and the data recovery needs to be reworked to be exploited.
