Composite and rigid body, where to define them in Abaqus?

Hello

I've been using Abaqus for a week now and I don't understand some points. I am looking to create a model in which non-deformable planes compress a tiled composite wafer.

1 - For rigid bodies, I notice that there are several places where it is possible to define them and I don't understand the difference between the two ways of doing things. It is possible to do this directly by creating the Part (screen 1 on the PJ), but also by going to the Constraints branch (screen 2). What is the difference between these two definitions and which one is better for me to use in my case?

2 - For rigid bodies, there are also two ways to do this: in the Section part (screen 3) and in the Composite Layup part (screen 4). In both cases, we do the same thing: we put our stacking, the orientations, the thicknesses, and the application areas. So what is the difference?

Thank you in advance for your answer.

Kind regards

Anthony
