PC Configuration for Solidworks

Hello

I'm a student and I'm looking for a PC that allows me to work on Solidworks (parts, assemblies) and to do a bit of realistic rendering with Photoview. However, I hesitate a little about the configuration and the characteristics it should have. My budget is 1300 euros at most (if possible).
I was thinking of:

RAM: 16GB

SSD: 512GB or 1TB (I don't know if 512 is enough?)

Processor: i5, i7 or AMD Ryzen 7, which can go to more than 3.3GHz in boost (moreover, I was told to take at least 4 cores)

Graphics card: here I have a bit of a doubt, among the PCs I found, there are the following graphics cards:

-Intel® Iris® Xe

-AMD Radeon (nothing more is specified)

-AMD Radeon Vega 8

-NVIDIA GeForce MX250

-Nvidia GeForce MX350

And on other computers, it just says "integrated graphics card".

For the operating system, I guess Windows 10 Home 64 is enough?

I would like to know if these characteristics are ok or insufficient, and have an opinion on the graphics card to take.

Thanks in advance!

hello @Yalow

Portable or fixed?

the multicore is useless for SW a xeon is a +

8/16 giga of RAM

which SW version

For Windaube the pro version is preferable by far

as well as a CG pro

Don't forget the Office Pack (Excel)

So much for a start

You should know the type of work you will have to do on this machine.

Windows 10 Pro 64 bits  is to be preferred, bad experience with windows home

At home I run with a Laptop 5540 (1800€)

NVIDIA Quadro T1000 with 4GB memory

16 GB RAM

On Solidworks, it's to create parts and make assemblies that don't require a lot of parts (30 max), plus realistic renderings with Photoview

Is the choice of graphics card important for this?

Because otherwise, no games, only internet browsing, multimedia, office automation

Hello

1620€ TTC for this model which should meet your needs, apart from the slightly higher budget. For the graphics card, with an integrated card you probably won't be able to do Photoview.

Kind regards
