And apparently to disable it, you have to disable the 3Dexperience add-in.

I didn't activate it the 3Dexperience, well no longer activated I removed it last week and I still have parts that change for no reason.

I had a bug of the same kind some time ago, try to reconnect to 3DEX and then log out right away. For me it worked, also look at your supplements (I guess it's already done)
That's not how I'm going to be convinced to switch to this famous 3d experience!
And I think @OBI_WAN either!

I had X meeting with Visiativ Dassault Avenao and no one convinced me of the effectiveness of the thing. No one answers the questions clearly asked, it gives the impression that they are not convinced themselves.
