I drew the whole pin without any problem, in animation everything works.
I designed the automatic feed to make threads, pinion, lead screw, bearing, carriage, etc In animation, everything works without any problem But when I join my second assembly on top of the first one, the lead screw no longer turns, I drew everything simply without worrying about the floors or the subfolders, I'm not advanced enough for that. If I understand you made a satisfactory animation on a first ASM. On the other hand, if you join another ASM, it means that you have two subsets in a new ASM.

It may be as silly as putting the subassembly in ' flexible ' (otherwise solidworks doesn't handle the movements in the subassembly: it considers it a rigid whole):
