Conversion BIM - Solidworks

Hello

does anyone know a way to convert BIM files such as the one in attachment to Solidworks (like step or other)

File Provenance: https://catalogue.accasoftware.com/fr/

the problem is that the boiler manufacturer, for example, only provides BIM

can you explain to me how you convert the

Riello-Condexa-Pro-70P-MTN-80-60.it_.bol

Nothing found to convert.

Maybe with a viewer to measure and redraw?

Hello

By changing the .bol extension to .rar we find files in the archive, then I block....

Jérémy,

Hello .bol it looks like a proprietary format you can look at the following link

BIM (riello.com)

The files are in REVIT .rfa format

Actually

On the Riello site it has files in *.rfa format but I can't convert them with solidworks

Their folder is incomprehensible, 8 folders in the zip and impossible to see the Condexa Pro 70P reference as far as the head assembly is concerned

If someone can do conversions to step or solidworks  it would suit me

You need someone who has RELIVED

The .bol format on the site where you downloaded is at first glance a proprietary format

Software Architecture | Edificius | ACCA software

When downloading, it offers to install the software

on the publisher's website it seems possible to export in IFC (which is the BIM free format)

maybe you can find an IFC to obj or stl converter

For my part, these two formats are not great under a software like SolidWorks

From my point of view only REVIT should be able to export maybe under STEP or DWG 3D, or .sat??

Under Lynkoa there is the Autodesk REVIT filter, you can try to ask the question, you never know

If the software can get out of the IFC, that would be good.

I found this on an Autodesk forum (https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-francais/import-ifc-sur-inventor/td-p/6653437/page/2):
"The IFC format is a container that already contains the step format"
By using a viewer (FZKViewer), it is possible to extract the step.

I haven't tested so sgdg...
