I want to convert sets of parts made in extrusion and shell function into tubular elements to send for tube laser cutting.
I'm on SW 2024.
Is there a procedure for transforming these functions into mechanically welded elements?

An extrusion and then shell, does not turn into a welded construction.
On the other hand, there is no need for a welded construction to export as a step that can be used by the 3D laser.
If necessary, post one or 2 screenshots of what you have in your SW tree.
And more details on what you want to export the whole chassis in step? Export of each body?

Thank you for your feedback, you will find in the PC the images of the tree and the room.
My laserist tells me that I need the tube junctions designed and not monobloc?
I fear that the most reliable solution is to redesign the part in welded construction.
Another less clean solution would be to remove material to separate the tubes, but this is still DIY.
Even if it means wasting time, it's better to start on a healthy basis-> close-knit mechanic!
