In the copy paste of a sketch from one part to another,
Is it possible to "bring" the odds:
By default, the dimensions of the original sketch are not pasted.
From the tree view it's possible, copy-paste or ctrl+drag

Usually, there is no problem.
The only dimensions that do not follow are the dimensions that are connected to the geometry external to the sketch (which SW cannot therefore attach in the new part)

At worst, you can use the " Totally Constrain Sketch " sketching feature
You can choose the type of dimension and add the Sketch Relations if you wish...
But I confirm that dragging it down from the build shaft to a flat surface should work.
