The sides have lost their grip points. By clicking on these, the line of attachment in error has a red dot at its base, you just have to hang up on the entity and everything returns to normal.
In general, a little reshaping for the diameter dimensions and impossible to repair for the spoke dimensions (you have to redo them).

@stefbeno: Normally Ctrl+Q and it goes back to normal. And from time to time the rehanging of the dimensions is recalcitrant, so deletion and repositioning.

To come back to this question, sometimes my drawing dimensions go wrong after saving.
I attach my dimensions, I save and they are in error I have to redo them, this problem have you ever happened? It happens to me on little drawing but it's excessively annoying ....
