Which version is your SW?
On the screenshot there is your reference rating in gray black, this is not a good sign.
So try again to re-quote by erasing your reference rating which should erase everything your rating at this level; It should do it.
Otherwise position your stitches by fixing them, but it's okay, it will be DIY...
And otherwise I don't see any other solution.
